Customer Support Executive
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, possess exceptional communication skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, phone, and chat
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Assisting in customer retention and satisfaction
- Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations by providing outstanding service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field
- Should have exposure to computer science background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication in English & Tamil is mandatory, strong communication in other languages will be an advantage
- Should understand requirements on websites, web applications, mobile applications, hosting, domain and related services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Google Workspace and other generic web tools
- Should possess skills to understand web technology and related services
- Ability to work with basics of HTML,PHP,JS etc
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
